Pilates is a holistic workout for mind & body
Whether you’re looking to increase your flexibility and strength, improve posture, realign your body after an injury or tone up a little, Pilates is an exercise method that’s widely recommended by Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, GPs and other health professionals, as well as Pilates enthusiasts. Combining the principles of Centering, Concentration, Control, Breath and Flow, Pilates works your whole body without pain or strain, enabling you to exercise within your own limits and progress at your own pace, whilst feeling a range of significant benefits.

My Pilates m.o.
“Pilates classes are generally kept small with a maximum of 6 people across all venues, this allows me to focus on the individual as well as the group, ensuring you all get the most from your session. Most venues have parking onsite or are a short walk from the bus stop or car park in central Bishops Waltham.
Currently, some classes are also being streamed live via Zoom for those unable to attend the studio in person.
I can also offer Corporate Pilates sessions at your workplace or for an event, if this is something you may be interested in, please email me with the details or call me to discuss the specifics. To book a class or to find out whether My Pilates m.o. is for you, just get in touch.”
