Personal Pilates

1:1 and 2:1 Pilates sessions are available at my studio in Ashton Lane, Bishops Waltham. Once you have had a full consultation to identify your needs, we will use a blend of the Pilates Reformer, Stability Chair and Mat Pilates to achieve your goals.

Group Mat Pilates

My Pilates m.o. mat classes are available in three studios around Bishops Waltham. The classes have a maximum of six participants to ensure everyone gets the attention they need. We use equipment (weights, balls, flex bands) to enhance the sessions.

My Pilates m.o.

“Pilates classes are generally kept small with a maximum of 6 people across all venues, this allows me to focus on the individual as well as the group, ensuring you all get the most from your session. Most venues have parking onsite or are a short walk from the bus stop or car park in central Bishops Waltham.

Currently, some classes are also being streamed live via Zoom for those unable to attend the studio in person.
