Classes in the Studio

My Pilates m.o. only runs small studio classes, this ensures everyone gets the attention they require during the class. With this in mind, it is important that the following conditions are adhered to.

Classes are paid for in blocks of six (£54-£72 depending on location) to secure your space in the studio. You will have six months to use your block of six classes.

It is expected that you will make every effort possible to attend your class weekly.

If you have a pre-arranged commitment (Holiday, work etc) please let My Pilates m.o. know at the time of booking/paying.

If you are unable to make a class at short notice, please let MY Pilates m.o. know as soon as possible. In the first instance My Pilates m.o. will try to fit you into another class to make up the session.

Existing clients may use the PAYG option for £14 per class, however you can only book into studio classes if there is a space available that week, you cannot book classes weeks ahead. If you are unsure, please contact me directly.

Please arrive in good time to start the class, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late (without notice) you may not be allowed in.

If you are new to Pilates or returning from Injury, you may be required to complete a 1-2-1 Consultation/Introduction before joining a group class.

Online Classes

Online classes are the same price as in Studio classes, £72 for a block of six or £14 PAYG with six months to use them.

Zoom Links will be emailed out on a Saturday/Sunday for the week ahead.

Please contact me before class (not in the Zoom session) if you have a new Injury e.g woken up with a stiff neck, twisted your ankle the day before. I can then plan for alternative exercises.

The Online class option, will not be offered to beginners or new clients. There is no Online option for Monday Evening classes.

1:1 and 2:1

Payment is taken per session in advance or paid for in blocks of 6 or 10.

Block sessions of 6 or 10 should be taken within 8 or 12 weeks respectively, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed.

If you are unable to make a pre-booked session, please let My Pilates m.o. know as soon as possible so that it can be rebooked within the above time restraints.

Please arrive in good time to start your session.

General requirements

Please wear suitable clothing for working out. Avoid clothing that is very baggy or has lots of zips and pull strings, layers are best so they can be removed/replaced as needed.

Outdoor footwear should be removed before entering the studio to ensure the floor and equipment remains clean.

I recommend wearing grip socks (socks with rubber padding on the soles) to prevent slipping. Please ask for information on where to purchase these.
